Your first name and contact number will be stored separately on your counsellor’s smart phone for ease of contact for appointment logistics. 4. All data mentioned will be stored in these ways, and held on to for 7 years after the counselling relationship has ended for insurance purposes and in case you wish to re-enter into the counselling relationship some time later. 5. At the end of your counselling arrangement please specifically state if you would like me to delete your contact details completely, otherwise I may get in touch with you occasionally in the future if there are particular encouragements or resources relevant to our times together.
