How do we move out of the fast lane and reclaim a better balance in our work and rest life? Do we even need to? Surely being busy is good. Much better than being idle.

This seminar explores how we feel about busyness, considers our theology of 'time' and concludes in Jesus' wisdom on how "only one thing is needed" for us to manage our busy lifestyles well.
